It is a restaurant named after one of Kraków’s first photographers, philanthropist Amalia Brassiere. It is located inside the Bonerowski Palace. Dawid Balana, the only Pole who graduated from the most prestigious culinary university in the world – Alain Ducasse Education in Paris, cares for the highest quality of the taste sensations of the guests.
