How do I get to the car park?
The entrance to the car park is located in Powiśle street. Pedestrian access is located at the entrance and exit in Powiśle street. You will also find four additional dedicated, marked entrance pavilions with staircases around Plac na Groblach. Each of these entrances will take you to all levels of the parking lot.
What should I do if while paying, my money got stuck in the automatic payment machine?
Please report the problem via the intercom located at the automatic payment machine. You will then be instructed further.
Can persons with disabilities park free of charge?
There are 11 parking spaces for people with disabilities in the car park. Parking in these spaces is charged in the same way as in the remaining spaces.
Ease of access to the car park
There are 2 lifts in the car park.
The first one is located at the fountains between the car park entrance and the Pod Wawelem Hotel.
The second lift is located by the staircase in Tarłowska street.
What is the maximum height of a car entering the car park?
The maximum permissible height of the car is 2.0 metres.
Are electric car charging stations available in the car park?
Yes, there are 14 places to charge electric cars in the car park.
Cars are charged via the EloCity application available for download in the App Store or Google Play. Complaints, payments, settlements, invoices, comprehensive service are carried out by EloCity. Are LPG cars allowed in the car park?
Yes, it is possible to park LPG cars in this car park.
What should I do if I lose my parking ticket?
If you lose your ticket, report to the Customer Service Office located at the exit from the car park or use the intercom at the automatic payment machines and contact the car park staff. The additional fee for a lost ticket is PLN 10.

How much are parking subscriptions?

How can I pay for parking?
You can make the payment at the automatic payment machine by cash or card.
Where and when do I pay for parking?
Before leaving the car park, take your ticket to one of the automatic payment machines located at the stairs next to the entrance/exit and at the end of the blue sector. This one is a fast payment machine which only accepts contactless cards. After settling the payment, you have 15 minutes to leave the car park.

How can I get a receipt after making the payment?
You can only receive a receipt when paying at the automatic payment machine. Select the appropriate button when paying for the ticket. If you forget to do so and leave, we will be unable to issue a receipt for the service.
Do you issue invoices for parking?
If you wish to receive an invoice, we need the hard copy of the receipt. The invoice can be obtained immediately at the Customer Service Office. The hard copy of the receipt can also be sent to our head office along with buyer data so we can properly issue the invoice, and the address to which we should mail it. It is possible to issue an electronic invoice.
Is free parking available?
Parking free of charge is not possible.

Can I reserve a parking space?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to book parking spaces.
I had to extend my stay in the car park. What should I do?
If the booked time has been exceeded, first go to the automatic payment machine and insert your ticket. You will be able to pay the remaining amount for extended parking at the regular rate. After making the payment, you can leave the car park by placing the ticket in the exit barrier post.
Are there staff in the car park?
In case of technical problems, contact the staff via intercom. The buttons are located on the entry and exit barrier posts and at the automatic payment machines.
